It's been a blizzard weekend here. Even a whiteout that lasted a few hours. Ugh, I am getting out all the oils I have to help my mood. Granted, you don't have to use doterra products(I don't. I get what's available at Wal-Mart or Plant Therapy is another good brand.. I've really come to love Ylang Ylang and Frankincense. Just recently Cypress. Making this in 3 equal parts in an amber spray bottle (I would say 10-15 drops each) top off with coconut or almond oil can help on days like today..when I'm snowed in. I prefer to use a couple of sprays on the bottom of my feet.
Anyway, more cold weather on the way. Here's hoping March won't be as dreadful. But who knows.
